• Enhancing and maintaining User Messaging Service component of Oracle SOA Suite, which is built on J2EE technologies and used by more than 100+ customers.
• Implemented the migration of UMS from 11g to 12c version. Designed compatible codes to support the product during and after the migration process.
• ARCAT Tool: Developed a self-contained tool to aid in the root cause identification from server logs. This reduced customer escalations and troubleshooting time.
• ARCAT Analytics: Built a live, interactive analytics dashboard to display the reporting statistics of ARCAT users with a variety of filtering options. Tech: ADF, JSF, JPA.
• Research: Key participant in the research project of developing a search engine to display matching bug details based on an exception stack. My primary focus was on word embedding and text similarity.
• Cleaning and validating the data to ensure accuracy, completeness and uniformity.
